About Marketplace
Marketplace is a catalogue and checkout for game currency, accounts, items, top-ups, keys and gaming services — 881 games and digital services at the moment. This page explains, plainly, how it works today.
Where the site stands
Marketplace is in beta. You can browse every listing, but checkout is open to authorised test accounts only and no real money is charged. New accounts are not open yet.
Who runs the site and who sells
The operator's legal details will be published on this page before checkout opens to the public.
All current listings are offered by Marketplace Store, the store run by the marketplace itself. It sources products from third-party suppliers and handles orders and deliveries itself — there are no independent sellers on the site yet.
How prices are shown
- Prices are in EUR and are calculated by the server for the exact option you choose (server, amount, package or edition). The total is shown again before payment.
- Prices follow the suppliers' current prices, so they can change between visits. Large changes are checked before they are applied.
- Some listings are shown for reference only (no price, cannot be bought), and some services are quoted on request because their price depends on what you need.
Delivery
- Each listing states how it is delivered — for example an in-game trade or mail, a top-up to your player ID, a key or code, or a service — and which details are needed at checkout.
- Orders are fulfilled manually. Delivery times are not guaranteed; an estimate is shown only where the seller states one.
- Never send passwords or sign-in codes in chat. Options that need access to your game account are only offered where a secure hand-over exists.
Contact, problems and refunds
- Signed-in buyers can message the seller from the listing and from the order.
- Each order has a “Report a problem” step; staff review the conversation and the order, and a refund is decided on that basis. During the beta this applies to test orders only.
Risks you should know
- Many game publishers' terms prohibit buying or selling in-game currency, accounts or boosting. Doing so can lead to penalties on your game account. Check the game's rules before you buy.
- A bought account can be reclaimed by its original owner through the publisher's recovery process. Change the account's details when you receive it and keep your own records.
- Services where someone else plays on your account (often called “piloted”) mean sharing access to that account.
Independence
Marketplace is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher or platform. Game names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the products listed.
