How buying works on this marketplace

Every order follows the same steps, whatever you buy.
1. Choose the exact option
Pick the server, package, edition or amount in the purchase box. The total shown there is the amount you pay — it is calculated by the marketplace, not typed by the seller.
2. Pay — the money is held
Your payment is held by the marketplace. The seller sees that the order is paid, not your payment details.
3. The seller delivers
You and the seller talk in one conversation. When the seller has delivered, they mark the order delivered.
4. Confirm, then the seller is paid
The marketplace holds your payment until you confirm that you received what you bought. The seller is paid only after that confirmation. If something is wrong, use Report a problem on the order instead of confirming.
Keep it on the marketplace
- Never pay outside the marketplace.
- Never send passwords, sign-in codes or recovery details in chat.
- Account handovers use the order's secure page.
